By using the registration form (applying for jobs) on the website of GvSP or by sending or handing over your resume and other documents, you leave certain data with GvSP. This may be personal data, such as your name and email address. In many cases this is your resume and possibly additional documents such as diplomas, grade lists, results of personality surveys and questionnaires, etc. We only keep and use the data that are directly provided by you or of which it is clear that they are provided to us to process. We can only do this if unambiguous consent from the person concerned has been given. That is why we ask permission for the processing, storage and use of your data. If you fill in a form, or send us an e-mail or letter, the data you send us will be kept for a maximum of three years. After this, we will ask you again for permission to keep your details in our database. The data is only processed within the EU.

We use your data for different purposes. Below you can see the purposes. We use data received from you, but also data collected by ourselves about you. For example, information about your visit to our website.

To be able to enter into a relationship with you.
If you show interest in us or want to be a candidate at GvSP, we need your personal data. For example, we must be able to assess whether we can serve you as a candidate in the mediation for a new job or assignment.

To maintain the relationship with you and to carry out assignments.
If you are a candidate with us, we naturally want to be of service to you. We process personal data for this. We use data to maintain contact with you and in our search and selection of vacancies and candidates. We also record our mail exchange with you, as well as notes of any telephone calls. We do this, among other things, for quality control or in the context of proof.


For our business process.
As a service provider we find it important and necessary that we have a good overview of our candidates. To get this overview, we process personal data.

For archival purposes.
We do not collect more personal data than necessary in the context of the aforementioned purposes. If we do not keep the data for those purposes, we can still keep the data for archival purposes. This means that they are only used in legal proceedings or for historical, statistical or scientific purposes.

Cookies
The website of GvSP only uses functional cookies, necessary for the functioning of the site. However, we do not use analytical or tracking cookies.

The special category of personal data is also known as sensitive data. For example, about health, criminal record, ethnic data or data concerning race or a SSN number. GvSP does not process this data.
We only process special personal data if we have to do so on the basis of the law, with your permission or if you ask us to do so.

Your data will be processed by GvSP. Your details are provided to clients in the context of recruitment and selection procedures. This only happens for procedures where contact has been with you and for which it has been agreed that you will be introduced for the relevant function at that client. Your data is explicitly not provided to others, unless you have given permission for it or GvSP is obliged to do so by law.

We take security measures to prevent abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data as much as possible. GvSP, together with sub-processors, provides appropriate organizational and technical security of its files in which your personal data is stored. This way we make sure that these data are only accessible to persons who are authorized to do so by virtue of their duties and that the data are only used for the purposes for which they were obtained.
