'I have been working in the pension sector for my entire career. In the first years in specialist and management roles at insurers Aegon and Reaal and later as a consultant at consultancy firms. In 2000 I switched to recruiting as co-owner of Numerando. Eight years later Peter and I started with Groen Van Solinge & Partners. I am also a member of the Advisory Board of Finavista.
I am a Registered Business Administrator and currently studying at the university level in psychology (master’s phase). Furthermore, I am a member of the Pension Specialists Association and affiliate member AG-AI.'

Peter
'After studying law, I started working in the pension sector. First as account manager at Zwitserleven and then as a consultant at consultancy firm Hudig-Langeveldt. Since the beginning of the nineties I have held management positions at insurers Reaal and AMEV. As a member of the Management Board of Aon Consulting, I was responsible for all pension advice (corporates and pension funds) in the Netherlands from 2001-2004. From 2004 and 2007 I was on the Board of Directors of Winterthur Insurers and AXA. In 2008 Aad and I started with Groen Van Solinge & Partners.
I am a co-founder of the Dutch Economic Forum, a member of the Pension Specialists Association and affiliate member AG-AI.'
